The staff were indeed sympathetic, welcoming, and proficient in English, offering valuable assistance throughout my visit. The seamless blend of traditional and modern elements in the hotel's design created a charming ambiance, while the complimentary wireless Internet access proved immensely convenient for staying connected.Moreover, the hotel's location proved ideal for those looking to indulge in some shopping, with various stores within easy reach. Despite undergoing refurbishments, the hotel remained clean and tidy, ensuring a comfortable stay. The concierge services were efficient, and the common areas, including the dining room, exuded a cozy atmosphere. My experience at the hotel was satisfactory, and I appreciated the attention to detail in maintaining a pleasant environment for guests.
